What is Mandala ? Mandala is the sanskrit word derived from ' Circle' or ' Completion ' . It is used for insight, healing and self-expression in a circular design,reflecting the wholeness of an individual person creating it. Drawing Mandalas is a form of art therapy,that can reduce anxiety,tension, relieves from stress and depression. It also helps in stimulating brain cells , and improves mental health. It is always said to be a spiritual art, where one could feel the deep significance through meditation. It helps to heal and transform a common mind to an enlightened one.
